Our dance team is an inclusive program for dancers ages 7 and up. At Belle Pointe Dance believe that every child, given the opportunity will rise to the occasion and develop the confidence to reach their dance goals and dreams. Our DANCE Team was created to give our dancers as many performance and training opportunities as possible, and to give them a sense of what being part of a professional dance company is like. Our DANCE Team members will rehearse together in addition to their weekly technique classes with their dance team leaders and guest choreographers. This is an excellent program for dancers looking to take their dancing and performance abilities to the next level.
DANCE Team Junior ages 7-10
DANCE Team Pre-Intermediate ages 11-13
DANCE Team Advanced ages 14+

DANCE Team Requirements:
All dance team members are required to take 2 weekly dance technique classes (ballet and jazz are recommended) in addition to their dance team weekly rehearsal. All dance team members must commit to all attending all rehearsals and performances. A detailed rehearsal and performance schedule will be given at the start of the season.
Audition Process:
Each dance team member will be asked to attend a scheduled selections audition. This audition will determine and divide the team into their performance groups and cohorts for the season. Dance Team leaders will also prepare individual training regimes. Auditions will take place by appointment. Register for your audition HERE.
