Take your dancing to new heights this summer with the Belle Pointe Dance Full-Day Summer Intensives. Our intensives are for serious dancers currently in Pre-Intermediate to Advanced levels, ages 11+. These intensives are best suited for dancers with previous dance experience, who are looking to improve their technique in ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap and/or acro dance. Belle Pointe Dance & Movement Company provides a safe and welcoming environment where dancers are challenged, motivated, and inspired to evolve as young artists and dancers. Let us help you achieve your goals this summer at our summer dance intensives. Also a great way to jump-start your training for the coming season. Highly recommended for all dancers considering dance examinations.

Ballet & Contemporary: AUgust 11-15, 2025

Refine and develop your ballet and contemporary dance technique this summer, with classical repertoire, neo-classical variations, improvisation, pointe and pre-pointe classes. Work with industry professionals and guest teachers in the workshop based intensive. Most suitable for Pre-Intermediate to Advanced level dancers ages 11+.

Jazz & Tap: August 18-20, 2025

ADAPT jazz and tap exam students this is the intensive for you! A pre-requisite to take your ADAPT exams Fall 2025. Learn your set work and combinations while exploring style and performance.  Most suitable for Pre-Intermediate 1-3 and Intermediate 1-3 level dancers ages 11+. 

Acro: August 21-22, 2025

Tumbling, mat work, balancing, strength, endurance and partner tricks. Everything you could ask for in an Acro intensive we are offering. Work with Acrobatic Arts certified teachers and get a head start on your training for the coming season. Most suitable for Acrobat and dancers level 5 to pre-professional 1, ages 11+.
Pricing:           
Ballet and Contemporary Intensive (5 days): $375.00 + HST
Jazz and Tap Intensive (3 days): $225 + HST
​Acro Intensive (2 days): $150 + HST

Schedule: Dance Intensive hours are 9:00am - 3:30pm, however studio hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, dancers may be dropped off as early 8:00am and picked up as late as 4:30pm at no extra charge.
